T Time CMS Upgrades Monitor
Here is a list of currently technical available modules, together with their version and version change history. We are always working on upgrading core CMS and the available options. If you are CMS customer, this application is able to display options compared with your own system, so you can reach this page from your administration area.
You can get information about these T Time CMS applications :
Content Management System (3.0)  Latest version of the iBi Content Management engine. Includes static pages generation for optimal indexing, intelligent internal links, multi-skins, multi-mode building blocks, enhanced multilingual support through UTF-8, a completely relooked and more ergonomic user interface, and much more... Advanced Indexing (1.0)  The Advanced Indexing Service is meant to greatly enhance your website rankings in Search Engines like Google. It includes manual work from our company to target with your keywords and increase their rankings, it also involves updating keywords and meta information to new standards, and finally it includes a tool generating a complete invisible copy of your website optimized for search engines (without images and graphisms). This new module is fully manageable creating static HTML pages tailored to your refering needs. Agenda (1.1)  The events agenda allows you to announce events, conferences, meetings ... the users can navigate events through a graphical calendar, or perform accurate searches. Events consist of any type of data including images and downlodadable files and can be used at different locations with its specific data. Chat Service (1.0)  Real-time chat service for public websites and e-learning & collaboration purposes. Please note that chat applications on public websites require moderation which can be highly time-consuming. Clients / references (1.0)  The client application allows you to publish detailed information on your clients & references in a user-friendly and attractive fashion (HTML, Flash, sort & search features and a geographical access map). Contact Form (1.1)  Contact forms enable you to collect information from your audiences. Through the new multi-mode, different instances of a contact form can be initiated by defining the different email addresses (e.g. per department, per product ) the messages should be routed to. F.A.Q. & Forum (1.1)  F.A.Q ("Frequently Asked Questions") or Forum service to provide support through an interactive knowledge base or to enable your visitors to share information. Interactive Forms (1.0)  Major update for any content management solution which enables you to create any kind of interactive email form using the WYSIWYG editor to capture all kinds of information from your site visitors on neatly arranged pages. In addition, this information can be exported to MS Excel files. Glossary (1.0)  The glossary allows your to define a dictionary of terms - and their definition - that will be used for automatic in-content definition : when a website user will pass mouse above one of the defined terms, anywhere in your website, the engine will popup the definition of the term (very useful for technical content, e-commerce products definitions, and administrative or e-government terms) Dynamic Help System (1.0)  Dynamic Help service (managed by CMS) : allows you to monitor and control a dynamic help system to guide and support your users (both administrators and visitors). Jobs opportunities (1.0)  Publish your job opportunities in a convenient and attractive fashion through the Jobs service. Links (1.1)  The Yahoo portal-like links module can be seen as an repository of external Internet ressources. This module can be used at different locations with its specific data. News (1.1)  The News application serves to highlight new and important information on your website in a convenient fashion. Access to these news articles can also be provided through a container box on your homepage. Available in HTML & Flash. Newsletter (2.0)  This powerful and comprehensive professional newsletter system enables you to send out newsletters in different formats (text or HTML), using different predefined graphical templates. Intuitive newsletter wizards will guide you through the creation and sending processes with automatic recovery mechanisms, WYSIWYG content edition, automatic content integration, group based & individual audience selection and real-time reading statistics. Photo Album (1.1)  The photo album enables you to publish picture collections on your website. This service is fitted with automatic thumbnail generation for a fast loading experience and automatic zip file generation to allow users to download a complete picture collection. It supports multi-mode and can therefore be activated on different locations with its specific data. Opinion Poll (1.0)  Simple and straightforward poll application allowing you to publish online polls and capture and publish results both textually and graphically. The Database (1.0)  Database application which enables you to define category families and data entities "on-the-fly" and in accordance to your needs. Can for instance be used as a complete product, references or member application. Search Engine (1.1)  Internal search engine which includes both the web documents and downloadable files in the yielded results. Sitemap (1.1)  A site map consists of a visual representation of the expanded website structure. As its data is dynamiccally generated out of the database, the sitemap is always up-to-date and requires zero maintenance . In multi-mode, you can specify the site map's starting point. Terms of Use (1.0)  Fully managable Terms of Use page. User Management (2.0)  The group-based user management allows you to arrange users in groups and define their rights & permissions. This system therefore enables you to accuretely define the administrator tasks in function of the adopted organisational model (you can for instance allow one administrator to contribute content and another one to review, validate and publish it.). WAP & PDA publishing (1.0)  Add WAP & PDA access to your site, using latest .NET technologies to publish data for mobile phones and other portable devices. What's New (1.1)  This service enables you to publish newly added and important information which is located throughout your website in one centralized location (e.g. Homepage). Interactive World Map (1.0)  The world map (can also be used on a different geographic scale) can be integrated into your system to provide acces to information (members, references, offices) on a geographical basis (country, region...). This building block can be set up in Flash or Java script .
